Wine and Gourmet Fair

On 17-18 February, DelMat will participate as exhibitors at the Wine and Gourmet Fair and the CCC in Karlstad. In our booth, our own premium brand Grythyttan Gourmet will be showed. Visitors will be offered both tasting and sales including pies with quality local ingredients.

Smarrig at ICA och Coop

Smarrig Pizza is now available in most of the ICA and Coop stores in Värmland and Örebro. Customers are happy that there are now more snack pizzas to choose from and that they can find good options that are also healthier than many similar pizzas

Grytthyttan Gourmet on trains

Over a longer period the products from Grythyttan Gourmet has been for sale on the Norrland trains. Thousands of travelers have been able to enjoy our gourmet calzone while they traveled to and from Norrland.

We are very pleased to once again retain the A-level as the BRC certification is the highest level, this for the fourth year.

BRC (British Retail Consortium) is the largest standard for providers of private labels in Sweden today and is also dominant in Europe. The standard is set out requirements on HACCP systems, management systems for quality assurance and compliance with the requirements of the facility’s environment, control and management of product, process and personnel but also the suppliers’ law and industry requirements.

DelMat presents the new brand Smarrig!
DelMat has developed the new brand Smarrig. Smarrig pizza is launched to market with three flavors: Vesuvio, Kebab and Salami. The launch takes place in august in Sweden.

Smarrig is a pizza baked in Bergslagen, Sweden. Our philosophy is simple. Food should be as natural and authentic as possibly, and of course taste good. Therefore, we use only carefully selected ingredients and make everything from scratch in our own bakery. This means Swedish wheat flour to our pizza bases, sun-ripened tomatoes and fine herbs in our pizza sauce, and only Swedish meat! On top of all the good there is of course real grated cheese. The result is a pizza that is what it’s called.

High demand

The production is re-started after the scheduled maintenance week. Order intake remains very high. Demand for our products has increased both with existing customers and new ones. We now look forward to an exciting autumn.

DelMat has noticed a marked increase in the demand for meals of high quality. We are now looking for more raw material producers in the region that have value-added products with unique taste and quality.

Successful participation at Fastfood & Café!

On February 2 to 3 participated DelMat at Fastfood & Café Fair in Kista, Stockholm. In the booth was the trademark Grythyttan Gourmet in focus.

We are very pleased with the positive response we got with our ready meals. Some of the comments noted were: “Tasteful”, “this is quality, “”exciting grill products”, “perfect for catering and events”, “provides a dining experience”, “smart hotel concept, ” “handmade, truly from Grythyttan” “This is what a pie taste, ” “great addition to our sandwiches and ice cream” …
